There’s an exciting new feature at 12 Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in Ohio: a sunroof.
As of March 4, solar panels are now providing more than 4.7 megawatts of generation capacity to those buildings, creating enough energy to power more than 820 homes.

Climate change has been in the headlines a lot recently. The National Climatic Data Center announced that 2012 was the warmest year in the U.S. since national record keeping began in 1895. In last night’s State of the Union address, President Obama declared “for the sake of our children and our future, we must do more to combat climate change.
